no back window?? rear mounted camera I suppose.. what about side mirrors???

Wow, carbon fiber is expensive! I guess the price has been dropping for it, though.

It has cameras in the back and video screens in the doors as substitutes for the mirrors. I read a better and more detailed report about it, but it was in German. That's why I had to find an English link.

That's cool

I like the Volt and the way they engineered that vehicle, All electric, with a back up gas powered generator to make electricity if your batteries get low...

I am glad someone is finally doing a diesel hybrid. Why not combine the two efficiencies. I still am not a hybrid fan as a long term solution, and am enjoying my TDI. It helps balance the 12MPG car. haha
