$100? That's a lot for a DVD. It only costs like $1 to burn one.

The DVD had to be completely redone due to orig. filming sucking big time in quality (seriously it looked like a child recorded it) So when AfterDark this past Fall was in Portland we took the time to record interviews with Kevin King of RadioPopper Fame and others about TTL Wireless Flash communication and other aspects which many people get confused on in this part of photography.

The DVD is in the final stages FINALLY of production so it should be out very soon. We will start taking pre-orders once we get to a point where I know we have a final shipping date to us so we can fill the orders in a timely manner.

As with the Guide having over 15 years of TTL Flash experience of trial and errors in it, It is not a Book by any means but a GUIDE - a step by step process of how to use TTL wireless flash. Books have too much crap in them for filler, our guide is nothing but how we do it. The DVD will be the same, plus with special appearance of Jordan Chan of Jordan Portraits (used to be with us TriCoast folks) shooting a senior sessions the DVD hopefully will have some educational aspects and of course some humor to go along with it.

So very soon I will release it on our newsletter StormWatch and have it for sale through our Shopping cart on our site (TriCoast Photography LLC) Email me if you have any questions I am always around TPF even if I do not post.

FWIW, Nikon's "A Hands-On Guide to Creative Lighting" is very good (A Hands-on Guide to Creative Lighting from Nikon).

Also, Joe McNally is coming out with a new DVD - The Language of Light (Introducing: The Language Of Light Joe McNally’s Blog)
