Unbelievable Customer Service - 02-14-2011, 10:25 PM

almost 3 years ago we bought 2 Gel-Pro mats for use in our kitchen. Standing on them when cooking or washing up is significantly more comfortable than the floor. As we have harwood in the kitchen we get a second benefit of glasses not breaking if they hit the mat.

Well after 3 years the edges had started to curl a fair bit and although no one has tripped yet it certainly is a possibility,

Last night I ordered a new larger and longer mat that would stretch from our range to the sink. Since I was on their site I decided to send a note to their customer service department telling them how much we liked their product but were concerned about the curling.

This morning I was contacted my a customer support rep., who asked me to send a couple of pictures of the curl. This evening I received an email from Gel-Pro asking for shipping information, that they are going to replace both of the older mats!

I was shocked, I didn't expect anything other than the typical "oh sorry it is past the warranty period". What a great company to deal with!

That's cool, there are still a few customer oriented companies around.
