Since installing SP1, LR has been faster-loading and more responsive. Nice.

That's interesting. Now I'm curious to know why.

I'm happy to hear that LR is running better. After installing SP1, everything is still running A-OK.

Remember that by installing a service pack, the pre-execution cache is most likely cleared. Could be a performance enhancer if your cache had many executables there...

Or it could be a real performance advantage...

SP1 has optimizations for SSD and sata3 drives, good that you see a difference
