The video they showed on TV shows a couple of black DSLRs hanging over the same balcony snapping away.

my younger brother and his architectural class is in tokyo now and rescheduled their flights to wednesday to get out asap. they were originally suppose to be there for two weeks.

I'm praying for those in japan that dont have the luxury of flying home to escape that misery...

It's good they get out. They're predicting a possible 8.0 follow up quake anytime from now out to 2 years as is the history of large quakes like this. They're also saying it'll be closer to Tokyo as the aftershocks are migrating in that direction.

It could get a whole lot worse for them. God be with them.
