The bird killed my plant with its' nest...

The bird is sitting on two eggs right now. Tomorrow its going to be upset, because I'm having a crawfish boil back there. Any idea on how to move the whole thing without ******* it off too much?

I would just take the entire basket down and set it upright in some sort of bucket. Put the bucket up high where she can see it and she'll find it. After your party I would put it back. I had a dove nest in a basket that I had in my back yard for several years. I just quit puttin plants in it andlet her have it. In exchange I got to watch her chicks hatch and fledge. I even put the basket in my garage when it rained hard and she just waited on the fence for me to put it back after the storm. Pretty good give and take!
