Just a friendly reminder to tell you guys not to forget to back yours up as well!

I keep these backups off site in case my house burns down so that my backups dont burn down with it..

I have only gotten as far as having backups in different rooms of the house. I need to move some offsite somewhere, not that my junk is worth saving.

I'm not a pro who sells images but when there is a disaster, people reach for the photos first because they are the past. My personal photos are important to me. Personally I have an external HD and a set of DVDs in a fire resistant safe in my home, and another set of DVDs at my in-laws. They are in sleeved notebooks, cool, dark and upright, as I've read that is desirable. They could deteriorate, but it is at least a repetitive system.

I just got started with CrashPlan.com. It soulds nice, works well but it takes like forever until only this years photo folder has been uploaded.
