Houston/Katy: TPF Kickball team! Anyone?

Members,
I coach an 8U girls competitive softball team and we are fundraising to attend our national tournament in Panama City Beach, FL. One of our fundraiser is a Co-Ed kickball tournament. I wanted to put this out there and see if there is any interest on TPF to firm a team of TPF'ers.

April 30th in Katy
Starts at 5pm
full concessions, raffle and prizes for most creative uniform
1 pool game then double elimination
Teams are 8-10 players 12 and up, must have atleast 4 girls
$100 per team

If your interested reply here and we can help the team form with TPF members. Imagine the photo ops available!

If we get enough TPF'ers together for a team I'll sponsor the $100 fee and supply the team with TPF T-Shirts! I won't cover the alcohol bill cuz I know how TPF'ers roll. I'd be broke! lol

Okay - Tori has a basketball tournament scheduled that day - I'm waiting to get the brackets so that I know what time she plays so that I can give you a firm 'yes'! on our attendance. ;-)

She's super excited about this - thought it would be hilarious to watch all us 'old people' play kickball...

How much more necessary can you get than 8U year old girls needing money to play for a national title in FL?

Aww man that is so cool of you! We would love to have you out on the TPF team if you can? It is just for fun and not to serious! If not, a donation would be awesome, plus we haven't had a photog volunteer.

I can donate and photograph (might have to borrow some glass, longest I have now is my 85 1.8) but I know if I kick the ball I'm going to run, and if I run I'm going to want to take a chainsaw to my legs a few hours later (or after the booze wears off). Had to chase my dog on Monday, getting around this week has been less than pleasant.
