Looks like I'm going to get the chance to shoot the Interliga games on January 4! Lighttec is booked solid, so I figured I'd take a shot in the dark here -- if anyone in Houston has a 300 or 400 EF lens and is actually willing to let me borrow it for the 4th, please let me know.

Hopefully it goes without saying that I'd treat it well.

The closest I could come would be a 70-200 F4L and Tamron 1.4X extender, which gives you a 280 F5.6. I've got some good results with this shooting baseball (technically good, that is, sharp, not necessarily great shots). You've probably already got this or the equivalent, but if not, you're welcome to borrow.
