Question Help with Win7? - 04-22-2011, 02:48 PM

System: PC w/ Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

I installed iTunes yesterday, and now when I click on an open application's icon in the Task Bar, it will not come to the front. The icon just starts blinking. The iTunes installer must have changed something because things were fine before installation. Suggestions? (removing iTunes isn't an option :)

You didnt say if you are using win32 or 64. If 64 there used to be a separate iTunes installer,

I used the right installer for 64. It wouldn't allow me to proceed with the 32 version, which I downloaded without noticing it was 32-only.

Good about not letting you install the wrong version, that wasn't in the package some months ago. Sorry I am stumped sorry John, will alt-tab (or winkey-tab) rotate through the running tasks??
