It's Art, you don't have to like it or understand it. It just is, and someone with a lot of money now has a Cindy Sherman image.
I do not understand the art world and I have BFA and MFA in Fine Art Photography.

Oh, don't get me wrong.. I'm a fan.. anyone who can become known for self portraits.. just that image... meh.. not one of her best.

grainy, poorly lit, and slightly out of focus....

There is hope for me, yet!

I wonder if she looks back and doesn't like her old images....say from like 1981?

That's just a tad on the insane side. All is not lost, though: I'm sure they can sell it in a week or two for fifty bucks..
