Need Help - Photo CD

Hi. I have a lot of digital pictures that have captions. I want to burn these pictures to a DVD so that thumbnails with captions are displayed. If a person clicks on a thumbnail then a larger picture would display. If they wanted to print the image they could. The goal is to distribute DVds to a group of people so it's not a one shot project.

Soooo I've been looking for photo software that would let me do this without any luck. A lot of the software I've looked at is more focused on slide shows and you can't print any of the images. I'm just looking for simple digital photo software with with thumbnail, caption, click to enlarge a photo and a print option.

Any suggestions?

one thing that it sounds like you might be wanting to do (even though you didn't really specify it)
is to make a web page...

Hear me out on this.

Lightroom has the ability to build down and dirty "web" galleries, so that you can burn the output to a disk, and when you click on the web page it would bring up a thumbnail gallery, and when you click on it, it would take you to the image, etc.

Might be another way to skin this cat...
