It would seem that Conde Nast is betting that printed media will not be dead any time soon.

While I don't see it confirmed in this article, the news reported this morning that the deal is complete. Conde Nast is leasing the bottom floor for the next 25 years at a total of cost of ~2 billion, or about 80 milllion per year. (more on that here)
