I remember back in '00 paying like $0.79 a gallon for regular... I went to vegas during that time and noticed the gas was like $2.00 and when I told the cabbie how much I paid that morning in houston he just about drove off the road. hehee.

I miss those prices... hehe

We are seeing the in the neighborhood of $3.35 around here.

I hate to admit this because it points out how old I am, but gas in the San Gabriel Valley was 24 cents per gallon when I started driving........

Ahhhh, the days of built big block muscle cars burning gallons and gallons of Sunoco 100 octane fuel for $0.50/gallon.......

$3.16 at Safeway in Redding a couple days ago. I didn't realize it had gone up so high recently. I usually buy a tank of gas and it lasts several weeks, so the prices can change dramatically these days within that span of time. :)

It's $3.50 - Reg, $3.60 - Mid, and $3.70 for Super at the Shell around the corner from my house. Ouch! And to think we just bought a boat. Sheesh. What was I thinking?
