What are you listening to right now!?

Just curious to see what kind of music others here on CPF are into. This may expose some others to some music that they otherwise would have never stumbled upon.

I've seen Live in concert probably 3 times and man do they get into it. Not many bands sound as good live as they do on their albums but this band lives up to their sound. I got the opportunity to photograph one of their shows and man it was a blast!

Another favorite band of mine... Dave Matthews Band. I've seen them a ton starting back in '98. I was a member in their fan club for several years and in 2004 I entered a photo in a photo contest they held. They took 10 winners from all across the country and let them be a "concert photographer for the night". My photo was chosen and I got to shoot my very first big name concert on my birthday of 2004. It was a blast! I was so nervous I felt like I was gonna vomit. Little did I know that shooting that one DMB show as a prize for a contest would lead me to photographing 30+ big name acts over the next couple of years.

I listen to alot of Trance/House type music. As far as which DJ, it depends on my mood. I do play alot of Alice DJ and DJ LaCrow and DJ Tiesto. Trance House is complex music, which is why I like it.

I also listen to classical music from Mozart, Amadeus and so forth. Again, it's the complexity that draws me to it.

We have this thread going at another forum I frequent. It started in Feb 2005 and has almost 5000 posts in it. Has really helped me update my iPod when I find something new.
