Standards... durring the moment. - 01-02-2008, 07:09 AM

I was going thru alot of my older images that I have, stuff taken years ago, and stuff that I have taken a decade ago.

Durring the time in which I took alot of those images, I was very happy with what I captured, but now that I look at alot of those same images, I noticed I don't find too many of them up to my standards anymore.

The biggest factor is clairity of the image. Most are sharp, but not as clear as the images I take now.

I also noticed, I tried alot more things back then, that I don't try now, which is something I am gonna work on.

It is good to reflect on your progress and see what you have learned and what you still can learn ...

Scott, this is good to hear, it means that you have continued to evolve as a photographer in both your skill and style. The same thing has happened to me that you have mentioned. I know that at times, we might become stagnant, but as long as we get past those points, it shows that we truely care about what we do behind the camera. Keep up the good work!
