With the work out program? I'm still doing my part. I've been doing 10 pushups...girly style since I'm an old lady but hopefully I'll be doing the real ones soon and 20 sit ups.

Still going strong.

Crystal, your body is better off doing crunches than sit ups. lay in your sit up position and lift as if you wanted to touch your nose to the ceiling. its a lot better for your muscles.
