Patty (and for anyone else who hasn't heard yet),
That accident happened in Mexico. It was a drunk driver who apparently fell asleep at the wheel.
The guy is claiming to be an Amercian Citizen, probably so he doesn't wind up in a Mexican Jail for the rest of his life. The American Consul is looking into his citizenship to verify.
One biker is dead, and several others are injured.

What I can't believe is that it looks like it happened right next to a police car too.
