Do You Have Hawaii Ocean Photos?

Hi all: After a long hiatus from CPF, I'm ready to get back into the swing of things here. And I'm looking for some photographer participation in my project at www.hawaiioceanjournal.com. A partner and I are building this site (phase II to go up within the next week) to help build awareness of the need to protect the seas surrounding Hawaii, and by extension the rest of the world. I've included a public photo gallery and would like to invite any of you with Hawaii ocean-related photos (beachscapes, seascapes, activities, etc.) to open a gallery there and post your photos. I firmly believe that beautiful photos of the ocean environment and the many activities that happen there can bring attention to the more serious side of protecting the ocean. As is said in Hawaiian, Mālama Ke Kai, Protect The Seas. Thank you!

on film I have some of the trash that washes up on the south shore of the big island. It is astonishing how much is there.

I try to pick and choose my cameras wisely.
Fuji point and shoot underwater $6 camera.

These are probably un-PP pictures other than resizing.( Because I can't PP)

I'll have to show you my P&S digital in a SCUBA diving housing.

$130 on eBay. Then I had to buy new batteries and a charger.
$20 on eBay.

For $150 I have a great little camera that I can take on the boat, or even SCUBA diving and not worry about my DSLR getting wet again. :D
