I just put my first Blurb book together and received my "proof" copy. I'm pleased with the results overall, but I may do some things differently next time I try.

Anybody else have experiences to share on the topic? I'm especially interested in:
  • Accurate repro of black-and-white images
  • Assembly quality/consistency
  • Regular vs. premium paper
  • Have you made any sales through the Blurb storefront?
