Ok, you don't know when to stop making me laugh!! Seriously that is too funny. I'm slmost in tears for laughing so hard. That is funny....but wait, maybe that is GaryW's pet possum "Sugar"??? This one on the tree branch is much prettier than the one I had the other day. This one looks like it could actually be a house pet, it's much cleaner and well kept.... The one I had was very dirty and looked homeless, the slight hissing could have been him begging for food in exchange for work..... OK, OK I know that was wrong, but I was on a roll... I am going to be teased about this for a long time, aren't I? Good thing I can take a joke!

That wasn't Sugar on E-Bay.

After I read about Sugar's tragic and untimely death, I went back to Porter and then on to the county dump. There, I found Sugar's limp little body. She had been tossed away like a .... well, like a dead possum.

I cradled her in my arms, and took her home for a proper Christian burial 'neath the green, green grass of home.
