Question is...will this be a learning lesson for BOA and for other banks to follow?

I'm still waiting the outcome of this gentleman's issue with Wells Fargo.

while I don't want to excuse the bank for their obvious problems, I would say that this would be the very rare exception to the norm. And just as it is with the bank, so it is with every company, including yours.

Agreed, mistakes happen. It's how you deal with them that sets you apart from your competition. The better companies have better policies, processes and procedures in place to keep things from getting to this point.
