Link worked for me. Goes to a Facebook gallery.

People are tools. She even went so far as to watermark them as her own.

Basically someone took a photogs photos, made up some names and backstory to them, and even put her own watermark/logo on it.

Same story as always, someone stealing pictures and claiming them as theirs on their website. This one went into great detail to describe how she took the picture she stole.

Luckily you can count on the masses to call out the thieves and hang them publicly.

OMGosh... assuming this person took "some" of the pictures on their website, the focus points are all over the map and most of them hitting just in front of, or just behind the subject...

Here is my favorite part in the FAQ section...
"I am a natural light photographer, so for me, lighting is everything"

She wasn't stealing.. she was... uhhh... just showing the kind of work she wants to do in her own mind... that she wants to do for you, the client.

Yea.. that's it.

I found that exact quote, verbatim, for 4 photographers, which surprises me. I thought there would be more.

A while back I Googled a phrase, and came up with 23 photographers using the same wording. I later learned a photographer who gave seminars sold web site templates, among other "marketing DVDs.

The weird thing was a "story" that was on all the websites was a tear jerking account of a bride who was killed just after the wedding, etc, etc. The names, locals and some other details were changed to fit the specific photographer's situation.

So much for honesty in advertising, huh?

If you can't come original with one lousy paragraph about yourself, then how can anyone expect creativity in your work?

Since when has honesty been required in advertising? Sadly, I thought that was always the first causality.
