Well, there's already a semester long meats class. You learn how to butcher meat, then you grill it an eat it. Some is also sold out on west campus (where the used to sell the homemade ice cream). At least they did "back in the day" when I was there.

you're not THAAAAT much older than me! I know they sell the meat on campus - which I never abused, only had 2 classes on west campus - but the article says there's one BBQ class for the sake of just meeting people.

i like bbq. and people.

Sounds good to me, how bout somewhere in Sugar Land, since by the time that rolls around i'll be living in El Campo by then and it'll be closer to me (hehe).

I live in Sugar Land. works for me I have a big backyard but my mom isn't keen on visitors, esp if I don't know them on a personal basis... but if she isn't home, party on
