Whats the typical lifespan of a hot shoe flash?

Me thinks 250 580EX II's hit the trash bin shortly after this.

I dare them to use Profoto heads for their next video.

Awesome...it looks like all the flashes were moded...so that they used a better bulb..and probably a constant light...so that everything was uniformed..

Does anyone have their phone number? I was just going to call them and let them know that they can buy an LED sign that will do the exact same thing, and it won't be near the hassle or cost. I know they're on a tiny island and all, but just in case that little gem hasn't yet hit their country.
