I know several people on chat are working on losing weight and others are working on keeping the weight they lost off. So, I thought we could share some music that helps motivate us. I have a varied taste in music, so my playlist has a few songs that are out there, but most of my music is alternative/rock. VNV Nation - I discovered industrial music a few years ago, and there is nothing better than techno music with heavy metal singing. I'm not a fan of the guys who scream because they can't sing, so VNV Nation, Seabound, Wolfsheim and HIM have some features on my playlist. Usual players: Greenday, Moby, Disturbed, Vendetta Red, System of a Down, etc. Some of the more unusual stuff: Dar Williams (are you out there, what do you hear in these sounds, teenagers kick our butts, bought and sold), Kylie Monigue (can't get blue monday out of my head), Idlewild, They Might be Giants. Ok, everyone else share what gets you moving! --------------------------- You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer. ~Frank Zappa |

I'll post my Spotify Playlist. Generally, my music includes electronic music, and metal. Artists: Break, Breakage, Rage Against the Machine, Pantera, Kemal & Rob Data (aka Konflict), Survival, Digital, Metallica, etc.. etc..
