The 240 hour map showed it as a huge storm in the GOM

saw another longer forecast that has most of the models skirting north of Haiti/DR, up past Cuba and up into the Bahamas and saying 'hi!' to Florida :(

That probably means a home grown system, or they're guessing optimistically on 98L that's coming of the Cape Verdes right now.
