stolen image???

so i was browsing a website, and it appears a couple images are way out of place-meaning, they look way better than all the other photos, When I use tin eye, it doesn't find the photo. Should I consider the photo theirs and move on?

Google now allows for image search. You can enter an image and it will search for it. You could try that?

Unless it is one of MY images, I just move on.
I am not the image police looking to oust photogs for using others peoples work.
Eventually karma will catch up with them if they did use images not their own.

I've seen that and have recognized another photogs work. But if GIS and Tineye don't work, there isn't much you can do. Except post it on 4chan.
