Job Description
The Graphic Designer/Photographer will report directly to the NRSworld Marketing Director and will play an integral role in growing our business.

In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the art direction of the business and work across multiple channels. Developing and contributing to our photographic workflow and image selection, graphic design, marketing, and branding will also be part of this role. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, develop, plan and execute. You will need strong organizational/interpersonal skills and be a highly motivated, do-it-yourself individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Work closely with buyers to communicate brand message and ensure consistency
Partner with creative team to manage catalog images for web and provide feedback during and after photo shoots
Manage and create all brand documentation
Image resizing and basic retouching

Design
Design, layout and execution of all print/online collateral including advertisements, promotional and marketing materials, packaging and labels, business cards, stickers, etc.
Additional ad hoc projects as required (photography, videos and packaging)
Work with creative team to create engaging, relevant, and inspiring email content on a weekly basis
Provide general graphic design and production support as needed

Qualifications
BA or BFA is required
At least 2-5 years design experience
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Bridge) in a Mac platform
Strong knowledge of digital workflow
Passion for both print and interactive design
Retouching/photography skills a plus!!!!
Passion for and strength in excellent typography
Ability to interpret and convey NRSworld’s evolving branding message and overall point of view
Marketing experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
