not to rain on your parade, but was that their goal? What did they do after they won the AL West last year? Oh yeah, they DIDN'T win the World Series.

They won the AL Championship, then they won a World Series game.

First team from Texas to win a World Series game.



That was all last year..... we will see about this year.

Any team can win a pennant, but it takes a real special team to take the pennant two hours AFTER the game is over. Way to go RANGERS!

AL baseball... the ONLY baseball! I'm surprised the NL teams can even bother to come to the stadium... Oh, what? I was supposed to catch that ball? Maybe next time...

I guess having grown up in Houston I got use to the Astros losing all the time so it never surprises me to hear that they lost a game. I have a good buddy who's from Wisconsin and is always then when the wisconsin team is in town. Iono... I guess it's good that one of the teams in Texas at least can win something.

This time the Rangers are going to win it all - we have the bats, the defense, and the bullpen to do it this year. I'm calling it in 6 - Rangers will be World Series Champs!
