Firefox users - quick question. - 09-26-2011, 05:17 PM

I'm trying to find out if this problem is on my end. I can't get the first album on my website to open in Firefox, but the second (sports) album seems to work. Customer support from Viewbook was unhelpful.. Please let me know. www.moorevisuals.com

Ok, thanks for checking. I updated flash and it's still not loading that album for me. I'll take your word for it!

Nick,

Are you possibly running the Ad Block Plus extension? If you are, try disabling it, and it should work.

Regards,
Larry

Do you guys (who it isn't working for) have all of the relevant plug-ins installed (probably just Flash) and up to date?

Have you tried a different browser?

Ever since Firefox 6, Fidelity's website hasn't been working for me... I haven't been able to figure out why either... I have to use Chrome to see how much my 401k is losing now.
