If you DO find a photo you like, I sincerly HOPE you contact the photographer BEFORE you download their photo.
Otherwise, you're stealing someone's work. Public/private doesn't matter.

You'd be surprised how receptive people can be - IF YOU ASK FIRST.

No reputable printer will print a copywrited photo for you.

Jonathan - if you're wanting a photo similar to that, you can probably find one at any of the stock images sites.

If you're wanting the exact image, you should contact the owner of that website and ask who took the image and ask them for a copy of it. I doubt they will give it away for free, but it doesnt hurt to ask.
