Flagged on Craigs List

I posted the following ad on CL in the photo/video section yesterday and it was flagged and removed. Any ideas why that might have happened? I have read the TOS and dont see where I violated anything.

Wanted, 3 photographers to share studio space in Hurst near NE Mall. Professional building, with great shooting area. 12' to 16' Ceilings. Separate dressing room and wardrobe area.

6 month commitment, $125.00 month with 1st and last due at beginning of term.

24-7 access with a limit of 6 photographers total. We already have 3 so I need 3 more.

Remote control for 4 of the lights

No idea what would have gotten flagged unless you can't have contact info (I don't really use CL to know the rules). Can you repost the same one, or does it know that it's a previously flagged post?

Maybe it needs to be in "Housing --> Office/commercial"? You're leasing space not selling equipment, that's my best guess.

I would post it again and see what happens. I have seen similar things in the photo section for Austin and do not remember them being flagged. Sounds like a great deal. Good to see you mixed alpha numeric for the phone number so you do not get spammed.

I would flag it because that is the equipment for sale section.

I get tired of all the people posting in the wrong category, it's depressing to scroll through all the crap so I can find the stuff for sale.

Photographers in the Abilene area post services in there a lot. And I flag them all.

Craigslist would be very productive if folks would follow the guidelines.

I would agree with Sidney. You're not selling hardware, so post the ad under services, gigs or commercial space. It could be a competitor messing with you, just find a way around them.

I search Craigslist for deals every day and get tired of having to wade through the Spammers and people who can't seem to stick with the guidelines and post in the proper category.

I understand that there needs to be other categories, and recommend referencing the proper one.

For example if you posted " See My ad in the services section for studio rental" I would not flag it because You made it clear that your post had nothing to sell.

And I could bypass it simply.

Am I reading this right? You think it's okay to post a non-hardware ad saying see my other ad but it's not okay to post a non-hardware ad - does that sum it up? What exactly is the logic behind that? Don't both have the same 'spammer' effect you dislike so much?
