There are some complaints about battery life on the new phones and there is one adjustment that may help you. Be advised that Apple believes this to be a
software issue and is working on it.
Anyway go to Settings/Location Services/System Services and turn off the Time Zone Setting unless of course you travel across time zones alot. I'll post the link where the information is as well.
Have a Nice Day

Henry,
Thanks for the tip. The battery really doesn't last long at all compared to my Blackberry which will go for three days without charging.
I'll make that change and see if it helps.

You are very welcome and be of good cheer because the battery is said to be more capacity than the I4's battery. Hopefully it is a software drain I tell myself as mine is paid for and due within 3 weeks.

I noticed my 4S was using more battery than my 4 before the iOS5 upgrade. I monitored it yesterday, turning off most location services and the time zone setting referenced above. I use WiFi and Bluetooth and just don't want to be turning those on and off. I was losing 2% per hour and that was with minimal, minimal, use. Yes, I could turn off WiFi and BT, also the Siri setting for Raise to Speak is a drain from what I read. But why have these conveniences if you don't use them or need to fidget with the device. (Unless fidgeting is playing and you like that.)
I went and bought a Mophie Juice Pack Plus which costs about double Stafford's Boost. But I like the reviews, the feel, size and weight. What I don't like is the extra 1/2 inch in length you get with the case overall.
Now I am seeking a decent belt case. The one Mophie has, I don't really care for.

I like keeping mine in my pocket so I did not want it to be any thicker than it has to be. My coworker got the boost with the extended battery.... Plus the price and reviews of the boost case are good...
How is the mophie and using flash? Are the images washed out? A lot of battery cases tends to do that...

The Morphie is great so far. The iPhone doesn't do flash so I'm not sure what you're asking. It has no screen cover which is what I wanted. I already have InvisiShield on the front and back. It is a case, adding overall about a half inch to the length with a 2000 mAh battery in it. Weight wise it is about half of your Boost. Then again, carrying 2 oz isn't going to tire you out. They're actually similar in size based on the general scheme of things.
Morphie - 5.10 in x 2.57 in x 0.71 in; 2.5 oz
Boost - 5 x 2.4 x 0.6 inches ; 4.8 ounces

Boost - 5 x 2.4 x 0.6 inches ; 4.8 ounces | Flash as in the LED/Lux light next to the lens.... most thick cases washes out the picture because of the light bouncing off the inner sides of the case.
Also it's not the weight, wearing dress pants to work, things like a thick phone case tend to show a big rectangle outline..... Is that a phone in your pocket or are you happy to see me.... while my other cases you cannot see the phone....

Haven't played with the flash - as in illumination (duh) but that opening is tapered so it is much wider than the lens and flash.

It is a USB to mini-USB and will charge and sync through that. With wireless sync'g I'd almost try a charging pad. Yes, it is a little slower, but it is fine for daily updating.
