I like his work. After watching the above link I can understand and appreciate where he's coming from. I wonder if he's seen DFW? I wonder if he's been to Marfa?

There is already a discussion in the Open Talk section, if I recall correctly. Moreover, the artist/photographer edited-out a factory and trees on the far bank of the river, so it did not start out as a nature shot. It certainly helped that this guy was already a very big name in photography, so now everything he does is considered art.

Thanks to the OP for sharing. I found it interesting if nothing else. I really liked the photo as a background. Or perhaps a wallpaper for my iphone. I think my apps would show up well with that background :) Kidding aside, there wasn't anything I didn't like about the photo. There also wasn't anything that stood out to me and caught my interest.
