A nice dog bed for our Lab since hers had been flattened over the years. They were about half off at Petsmart.

Light bulbs.

A new DVD/CD-RW drive for the computer my husband was building for me.

And I'm not joking - that is all I dared leave the house for.

I have this knife except it is not serrated at all. I have had it for years and it's the best knife I have ever owned. Unfortunately, it has had a hard life.

I lost it a few years ago. Apparently it slipped into my chairs reclining mechanism and opened. When I found it a year later the tip of the blade had a 60 degree bend in it I heated it with a torch and pounded it back with a hammer and anvil. Now it's as good as new, save for some minor discoloration from the torch. It still works like a dream.
