How do you deal with Flakes and Shady People?

I am so fed up with flaky models, mua's, photographers and videographers..

I am just done with it all...

I do have it where i get to keep the deposit when they flake but just tired of wasting my time...

Does anyone have any advice on this?

That's what my brother keeps doing...He does that to try to spend time with his family...the funny thing...he's has less time now...and people keep calling him......

Oh...and he does keep the deposit's when people cancel...just part of the contract...

Tell people upfront that I like it when they're on-time, and that the quality of the photographs depends on their punctuality.

Just curious, why do you care about the videographer? Are you brokering that service? I couldn't give a flying fornication about the DJ, the catering, or anyone else, except the client and myself. I enjoy when others mess up, makes me look better. If you're mad about models not showing up, you're gunna stay angry a while. Be surprised when they DO show up on time.
