Awesome. What were the cars that came out in the 80s, they were not slot cars, but they ran on tracks and had side wheels to keep them tracked. I have one, I forget what it was called. Took AAs or something.

I tried those cars once, they are so stupidly fast its not even really all that fun to run them. At least I didnt think they were. I liked the small cars, they were still pretty fast but you could actually keep track of them when you were racing...

Wow. I want to know:

1. How fast are they going? Not in scale mph but in actual mph.
2. How are the operators "racing?" Are they actually slowing down for each corner to keep them on the track or just pressing and holding the go button?

David, you have to trigger off going into the corners and back on when you exit. you can see one guy doing it. I could never keep up with the car I was running it would always fly off the track
