Meteroite this evening

Did anyone else see this LINK

It was huge... and it lasted about 15 seconds... Lots of debris was falling off of it. My guess is that it covered about 40° of "sky distance" before it faded.

Yeah, bright green in Cypress. Didnt have a camera with me tho. Lots of people reporting it on FB too.

I had a camera but I was driving and I couldn't get it out of the case, drive, take the shot, etc... It was bigger than anything I've ever seen fall out of the sky. I'll be amazed if some of it didn't hit the ground

I saw it and it was one of the most amazing things I have seen. Very bright green until the very end where it turned yellow and then a deep orange.

For me here in Lubbock, it was south and a bit east. Just curious what direction it was for everyone else and where this thing was actually located.

News reports say it was visible from Oklahoma city down to San Antonio

+1 it was amazing...

I was between Flatonia and Schulenburg, TX, driving east. It was due north of me crossing west to east. That would put me SSE of you and the Martian dudes between us
