Another Bull$hit Photog using Groupon with stolen Images

I just can't fathom anybody selling photography services with stock photos, never mind other people's photos without permission... yet she made a case for that in one of her posts. Yea, its legal... but its not ethical.

You just have to have a really good opinion of yourself to do that.. "Yea, I can shoot like this if the client wants." Really? Boggles the imagination.

Her personal page is still there, btw... but she's locked it down so only her friends can see anything now.

Its showing a mutual friend of JB & DeEtte Sallee.... I was tempted to send them a message with a link to this discussion. This fauxtographer was excited to be taking their class next month... maybe they should add a little something to their program about selling yourself with someone else's work....

All of the image owners have been notified and lawyers have been contacted. THe Groupon deal was closed and only 2 people purchased it.

The first FB link posted kicks me to my own page. Looks like the second is still there but no longer public.

She holds a state Cosmetology License, If a photographer didnt get resolution he could always file a complaint with the board,. Like with other states licenses there is usually a clause about Moral turpitude: The definition is a legal concept in the United States that refers to "conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of justice, honesty or good morals.
