What's up with that? I've not heard anything in the news, but our local KK closed down. It seemed really strange because they were always busy.

The franchisee that had the Houston stores had a lawsuit against Krispy Kreme. Part of their settlement was that the franchisee stopped operations under the Krispy Kreme name. I'm sure KK will be back real soon.
