Angry Room To Go--seriously bad delivery service - 02-17-2006, 06:10 PM

Going on my 5th delivery attempt to get things done right. Bought the furniture FEB 4th, so far if everything goes right from here on out it will be March 2 before I am done with them. They have used up 4 four hour blocks of my time so far and I still don't have everything delivered.

Please keep this in mind when buying furniture from them.

Hate to hear of the trouble. Must be the particular center that services your area. The one up here in Arlington delivered my armoire last year as promised.

I always go pick my stuff up from them. I don't trust them to deliver. But then I have a full size truck and trailer.

For some reason I don't have the option of picking up the furniture. Five years ago I got great service for some living room furniture, but this time I had more items damaged than were in acceptable condition. They wouldn't put on the mirror on the dresser because the glass is a liability issue with their insurance according to the drivers. John T you are right, it is the contractor they are using that is really putting a black eye on store, my sales experience was great.
