Shooting Under Fire by Peter Howe and Magnum's Women Photographers by Magna Brava. Oh, and Living with the Enemy by Donna Ferrato. Also, if you can find the one by Maggie Steber, I think it's called Dancing on Fire or something like that, get that. I've had a hard time finding it locally. one more, A Tribute by Jay Maisel.

Great landscapes and poetry... - 03-07-2006, 03:34 PM

This is a great favorite of mine for both the pictures and the poetry by Robinson Jeffers.

Not Man Apart: Photographs of the Big Sur Coast (Hardcover)
by David Ross Brower (Editor), Robinson Jeffers

http://www.wildnesswithin.com/2001/01-3/nma.html

Weston, Adams all the greats contributed to this book along with the powerful poetry of Jeffers about his beloved coast.

You know, John, (Stovall) you own the ONLY signed copy of _I Protest_ I've ever seen.
I know and both David Gregor and Ken Lopez hate me for it. It maybe the only signed copy known. I know, it's the only one inscribed by DDD in the LBJ library with, "For John, Memories 1968, David Douglas Duncan, Austin 2002."

Interesting erotism (not on a par with Nobuyoshi Araki) but very good.

Mirror of Venus by Wingate Payne.

And Who is Nobuyoshi Araki?

Take a look inside....

This may not be the place for this post, so Abel...if that is the case, move my post!
I'm looking for a used copy of 'Digital Sports Photography' by G. Newman Lowrance...anyone got one they would be willing to part with?
