Well what won't they think of next? I don't think I saw reference to this when I skimmed the article but isn't it Samsung that is saying they are going to release a phone with a 8 gig internal memory? Maybe it was another manufacturer, but someone out there is on it.

wow, but I'm not surprised at all, in electronics' world everything changing extremely fast...computers, cameras, etc... still, in photography it is not so much about MPx it still more about lenses...

12-17Mp camera phones aren't too far off in the future.

Though, around that point you have to realise that it is really a camera, that has some phone functionality, rather than a phone with a little camera in it.

Samsung have some options with 3x optical zoom lenses/ wide angle convertors etc - these are really just standard digi-cams with a phone stuck in the back.

I'd be very suprised if this thing actually makes it to the US. We usually have to wait for phone technology to trickle down to us.

I love my 650 - but it does come with a camera on the back. Does stills and video.
