How I need that! I spent all of my money on the camera and expensive lens. All I have a some 4x lexar cards, needless to say they are a little slow.

Got me one too. I can only hope that 3.0GB (2x1GB 2x512MB) will hold me for any session away from the studio.
Thanks for the pointer!

P | I picked one up at Costco here in San Antonio last weekend for 70.00. They may still be on sale for this price. | | | |

BTW: Saturday at Sam's CLub I noticed they had 1 Gig Lexar CF's for $70. I think these are the basic 600 kb/sec types, which is what I have anyways (Sandisk version).
Even this basic type though is great for the 20D - I have no problem cranking out a sequence of 20-30 shots without the buffer getting backlogged. (The slow down actually comes when DLing the photos to computer)

I've gotten the 1GB Lexar from Sam's and love. I upgraded my USB to USB2 and get faster downloads from the card from my camera and from my card reader. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
