All I could think of was how that would have come down in the company I work for and how "fired" whoever sent that e-mail would be. The person that fell on her rear would have sued the company and the company would have retaliated. If it had come from someone within the company, the sender would have been fired. No two ways about it.

They tried to fire this guy at my old job for something similar and he sued saying that he was being singled out, and that he was not the only person violating the companys policy on using email for personal use.

Turns out even the boss had forwarded some joke emails.
