I thought ths day would never happen, but I'm leaving HP!

Better endeavors await for me at Southwestern Energy. This will be one of the toughest moves I'll ever have to make. I truly love my job with HP and have made so many "good" friends. BUT, the pay and lack of any type of benifits make the decision a simple one to move foward. My family is my first and most important responsibility.

Wish me luck! I'll finish one more week here to help with the transfer of my responsibilities.

Congrats and good luck. I'm sure this is a worthwhile endeavor...at least for peace of mind.

Being a "non-employee" at a good company can be tough. Wish you the very best - and like I tell the contractors who report to me (as well as the "permanents") - you have to look out for what is best for you and your family.

Best of luck and stay active here!

Thanks guys!

After re-reading my intial post, I should clear up one detail. I work for Modis Consulting and they have a contract with HP. If I could of landed a Full-Time Position with HP, that would of been a little slice of heaven for me.

Did it work or did it turn them off? Just curious.
