To your question "Has this Forum Improved your Photographic Skills?"
YES!
I see things differently now.
I mostly shoot manual and raw.
I am converting from zoom lens to prime lens. It makes you think more before you shoot. It slows me down.
I observe what other folks have shot and study it and if I like what they did try to fit it into my style of shooting.
The people that I have met are great. I follow their threads and learn from them.
I don't post as much on their stuff. But dang! I wish I shot as well as they did.
Just one more thing, Thanks Abel for the site.

I don't know if my photographic skills have improved- I've been doing this a long time - but my skills in digital capture have definately been helped by being involved with this forum, and to all who have helped me I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Now, I have had many disagreements (mostly political), with several members here and most of those were my fault because of a quick temper and a big mouth. I'm actually amazed that I've made a few friends on this forum and for that I am very grateful. This is the one place I feel at home and I always check it out several times a day, so for that I say Thank You, Abel

This forum has definetly improved my photography skills and I still have a ways to go. Some of the pictures that others post just blow me away and inspire me to continue to learn and improve. My wife will say that I am now obsessed with this forum and taking pictures. I don't disagree but it beats watching TV. It has been great to meet members in person. Thanks Abel.
