Galveston Beach Week

Sunday afternoon we leave for Galveston for a week. We rented a beach house in West Beach (Sea Isle) and its gonna be a blast. I plan to spend my day taking many photos and playing in the surf, taking naps and just having a good time walking the beach.

We might head over to High Island to the rookery as we have never been there before.

Oh I will have a good time, we are just about packed and ready to go.

This year I have 41 days ( 8 weeks). I get 37 days a year but I had some carry over because I could not take all my days last year,and that was because I carried over days from the year before and could not take them all. This is my sick time and vacation time, personal hollidays and such. They just combined them all in 1 lump called Paid Time Off (PTO)

Man it must be nice, I get 10 days vacation a year, 5 paid holidays, 2 floating paid holidays and no sick time whatso ever..........sighs. Ohh and my company tries to get us to work half of the holidays.
