Such growth on this board. !! - 06-13-2006, 01:12 PM

When I first signed onto this site, you could post something and it would be in the New Posts area for a day or two before it was sequenced out. Now you can put up a post at 8am and it is gone by 9:30am.
It is getting really difficult to keep track of ALL the great posts that are being put up each day. You can't just rely on going to the New Posts pages.

I'm just lamenting the growing pains of our great board. The members keep signing up, and the posts keep coming. The more the merrier. But, unless you have something earth shaking or spectacular, don't expect it to show up on New Posts for long.

There, I feel better now........ Gotta go and read all these postings.

Yeah, I hear ya.... It's hard to get feedback on your photos when they are only in the New Posts page for about an hour, then they are gone and forgotten.

If you click New Posts, it should show you *all* the new posts since your last visit... now granted, it might be more than one page.. this morning for me, there were 5 pages of new posts.

Is there another "New Posts" page that I am not seeing?

Just a sign of our times, part of the disposable society. (Making sure this stays on the New Posts page.)

But only 1900 of those 4000 members have ever posted anything and only 950 have more than 10 posts.
